10 FAVOURITE FRESH WAYS TO DE-STRESS DURING EXAMS:: 1) when u reach the point where u want to strangle some one-take time out! Get out of the studyroom ,meet ur bloke 4 coffee or even play with ur siblings! 2) Pamper urself after u have finished the work assigned.Treat urself-it may simply be just watching 'friends' or chatting on phone with ur boyfriend/girlfriend,but it's ur reward for studying. 3)Dance! put on some groovy tunes and simply dance,since no one is watching, u can even do a few pelvic thrusts! 4) our fav-SLEEP! it's important to get minimum of 6-8 hours ofbeauty sleep at night. ur brain will thank u for the rest and so willur dark circle free eyes ;) 5)When the stress levels rach an all time high-breath. deep breaths from the abdominal area and not the throat relaxes the body. 6)Cool off-literally! indulge in along shower or a scented bubble bath and watch the stress meltaway! 7) Laughter is the best medicine for stress. watch ur fav sitcom ormake funny faces in the mirror guaranteed to relax u! 8) Indulge in a bit of target practice. pin up ur enemy's pic or even the teacher u intensely dislike and throw darts at it!! its great release, just remeber to get the pic not the actual person. 9)start ba journal a la bridget jones! fill it in with all those nerve- racking thoughts and insecurity and who knows maybe some day it will be the best seller and a major motion picture! 10)when u'r at ur lowest- there is nothing like comfort food! Make a huge double choco-chip sundae and worry abt the calories later !yummmm! cheears!!
